In humans, for example, whether or not you can curl your tongue back onto itself is determined by a particular gene(s). Gene(s) also determine whether you have ear lobes that hang loose or ones that are affixed. Well, it appears that I have inherited the "flying nun ears" gene from Miska Mom.

Adorable ears and what a beautiful Vizsla! My Amber does not do that with her ears but my inlaw's Vizsla does!
